Hi everyone.. How are u??? Hope everyone is Allrite… Ok today I’m gonna talk about inner peace in general .I knew everyone have gone through bad times. Especially with our family and our love one…

There is sooo many reasons why u are angry rite??.. err such as ur family is ignoring u, u’ve fighting with ur sister cause she don’t let u buy a Kaicok porridge (LOLs uhuks uhuks ) or u fighting with ur brother cause u borrowed his car without asking for his permission or ur dad angry at u, ur mum don’t let u goin to gambus Seragam Hitam or wat ever it is..

Hmm for couples out there, I think there are billions of reasons why both of u fighting kan kan kan?? LOLs.. u r fighting with ur girlfren cause she went to the mall with her fren (atu pun~ lols) , ur BF’s hp was busy so u goin mad like u got that mad cow disease (Penyakit Kerbau Gila), Ur BF late replying ur Miss Call (ani biasa) wat else??? oh yeah… Ur GF have given a gift from her fren (lelaki g tu), Ur BF forgot to say “ I Lap U n Miss u babe” arah SMS (tahu jua ku lagi), Ur BF forgot ur anniversary (this is worst man !!! Jangan di cuba), Ur BF easi card abis (bah ani mental GF ni sal pikir nya BF nya betpun sama bini lain), Ur BF lambat memujuk (for GF yang penyamal), break up with ur BF or GF (this is more thrill bebeh) and more n more n more…

Wat ever happened out there even it was hard please be patience and forgive them I know some of u have problem such as their partner doing their mistakes over and over again… When the stress is too much then the chain will break rite..?? I hav a story.. This is from my fren si Limah (nama sebenar LOLs just kiddin).. “Prof.Ucing, my boipren atu bah mula2 bukan main ia mendangani aku, selalu sama2, setia arah aku mun sampai ada lipas di bilik ku sanggup bah ia jauh2 dari tutong mengantar Ridsect… Tapi masa ani kan mendangani aku k kadai runcit si Ghani pun inda ia mahu bah…ada Bini2 lain kali dangan nya…” said Limah to me n I asked her “ kan behapa kau k kadai runcit ah??” then she answer “membali cuklit kali ah bulih??… After a few days I meet her Boipren si Haji Kiprawi (nama eksen) “Hey Ji, Aku jumpa si Limah bah kemarin behari.. napa kan kamu ah” then he says “ Tahu kau, tiap2 hari muka nya saja, suruh itu lah, ini lah, kan membali cuklit lah, membali bawang lah, membali baja lah entah apa kah lagi. Tahu kau masa last week ia minta dgni k The Mall Gadong… Tahu kau apa di bali nya?? Aying Suya Bean saja se tin SASAK kU…” Ok who is wrong n who is right??? Nobody… In this cases one of them shud understand… I knew it was hard but when one of u stand up, be mature and say “I’m sorry” don’t u think it’s gonna make a difference?? Before ur problems go into some serious problem make sure u do sumthing… Understand what ur partner needs, be professional, be gentle and be honest… COME ON!!!

For those couple who just break up or for those who is being dumped.. This is different story… I have a fren being dump and he said to me “Prof.Ucing.. ada ku jumpa ex ku tadi si Noyah (nama eksen).. sasak ku…” Then I asked him “ so cana tah..??” then he says “ eh bagi kan menerajang bah.. ada ku tampar muka nya atu. Pacah pulang saja pala nya karang.. eeeeh.. kajar2 sudah tangan ku tadi” Ok fine~ hey my friend… I know it’s hard for u to forgive someone right.. Trust me it won’t be easy but when u want inner peace, u want joy and when u want to live this life to the fullest… Forgive someone who is hurting u… Give them forgiveness… Be patience man… God always with us… refer to our post stress there is some techniques dat I gave how to forgive sumone...

Whenever u didn't forgive someone ur heart won’t have dat inner peace… Take a look in this world.. even tho it was flooded but after 3 days the water will withdraw back to river rite… Imagine a forest heavily burnt and everything was destroy after 3 days u’ll see small green plant just grow. The storm and rain heavily struck ur area but after a few days u’ll see a rainbows coming out rite… Even the problems is tooo heavy, u can’t stand it anymore just let it go.. (seems simple and hard to do but it's powerfull!!!)Even u r rite and they are wrong just let it go my fren… FORGIVE them.. Anything happened for a reason.. God has a plan for us (better plan of course).. If u do sumthing stupid, it won’t change the situation into good situation rite??… Trust me.. Let this world a Better Place to live.. Keep this life to the fullest.. let’s enjoy Our Life.. yeah ;)
